1:1 Consultation
During your initial assessment, Jen will ask a series of questions to help identify the root cause of your symptoms, Tongue and pulse analysis are used to support observations of your symptomology and medical history; proven and effective ways to help determine imbalances in the body.
We look at every important detail of your lifestyle and diet that may be impacting your health. During and after your initial assessment, Jen will work hard to "connect the dots" and come up with a personalized plan that will include an e-mail with your detailed tongue analysis so you understand your patterns, along with herbal, dietary & lifestyle recommendations.

We will connect through text, phone or Zoom call (whichever you most prefer!) You will complete an intake form and send in photos/videos of your tongue for analysis
During your consultation we will discuss your intentions, go over your intake, tongue analysis and ask any additional questions
You will be sent any e-mail with tongue analysis, dietary and lifestyle suggestions, we will order your herbal formula -- it will arrive in approx. one week. From there, we will check in after 2 weeks and then again in another 2 weeks
