3. Calm emotional and physical tension resulting in headaches, irritability, agitation
4. Support immune system
5. Rebalance heat and fluid movement, cooling without depleting, soothimg without sedating
For fever with restlessness: try adding to a little warm water— this supports a gentle sweat, releasing heat through pores
SUGGESTED DOSAGE: Not suited for children under 2****
Children (ages 2–10)
0.25 to 0.5 mL (≈ 5–10 drops)
Frequency: every 2–3 hours during fever or heat symptoms, then taper to 2–3x/day as symptoms ease
Method: dilute in a little warm water
Notes: use more frequent, smaller doses rather than large, spaced doses — this maintains gentle regulation of heat release without shocking their system
Older Children & Teens (10–16)
0.75 to 1 mL (15–20 drops)
Frequency: every 2–3 hours during fever or agitation, then 2–3x/day for cooling and calm
Standard/Adult:
1–2 mL (20–40 drops) in a little water
Frequency: every 2–4 hours in acute phase (fever, irritability, tension headache)
Then 2–3x/day as needed to regulate temperature and soothe nerves
The formula is mild enough for most children and adults
- Discontinue if chills return or as heat is resolved
