How to Prepare

METHOD: Decoction; roots should be decocted to extract the full medicinal benefit

  • Add 1 tablespoon of the blend per 2 cups of water

  • Simmer 15–20 minutes, covered

  • Strain and enjoy hot/warm

  • You can also reuse for another round of tea

 

In the kitchen:
